Miami, FL (October 25, 2016) – Faces of Innovation hosted an exclusive event on Thursday, October 20, 2016, at The Deck at Island Gardens. Bridging the gap between health, wellness and technology, Faces of Innovation teamed up with Miami Cancer Institute, Coastal Wealth, Dominion Capital and MDLIVE to deliver an evening of interactive discussion, networking and experience new technology. In attendance were notable VIP’s, including Randy and Ellen Parker, Dr. Jeff Boyd, Mikhail Gurevich, Jeremy Straub, Matthew Feshbach, Dr. Rudy Moise, Miriam Moise, Michael and Elie Yuz, Andrew and Natasha Parker, and Dr. Steven Gurland and Caroline Gurland.
Faces of Innovation’s third technology-focused event series, Innovation in Healthcare, was a combination of the brand’s previous and newly introduced activations. The Innovation Hub allowed guests to experience cutting-edge devices and software before it hits the market. Innovation Hub vendors included, TruClinic, BabyScripts, QoC Health, Voiceitt, CareAngel, Overl.ai, MDLIVE, JM Studios, Reflections of Recovery, Baptist Health, Dominion Capital.
New to the event line up was #facetime, moderated by Nick Williams, Co-creator of Faces of Innovation and CEO of NOW Interactives, the elite speaker presentation featured TED Talk style addresses. Opening the #facetime presentation was the night’s honoree, Randy Parker, Founder and CEO of MDLIVE. The long-time tech executive was presented the Faces of Innovation Award for his outstanding work and innovative contributions to the healthcare industry.
#facetime was a platform for industry thought leaders such as Dr. Jeff Boyd, Director of Genomic Medicine and Research of Baptist Health, Matt Feshbach, CEO of Okyanos Cell Therapy Jeremy Straub, Managing Partner of Coastal Wealth, and Mikhail Gurevich, CEO and Managing Partner of Dominion Capital to provide a more personal address and an opportunity to speak directly to their market’s needs.
Don Cheyo, the rich and handcrafted tequila, generously provided cocktails while guests enjoyed the view of Miami and beats by DJ Ceyhun Ali throughout the night.
